SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We offer standard and Expedite shipping that comes with a Track and Confirms number. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. These business days do not include holidays or weekends.
The customer is always responsible for providing us with adequate mold impressions. We make our grillz to fit exactly on the mold we receive.
If you have placed an order and would like to ask for a refund, you are allowed to do so within 30 days of your order.
- If you cancel your order before we start making your grill, we will subtract the cost of the mold kit and shipping costs from your refund.
Once we begin making your grill, all sales are final. You have exactly one week upon receiving your grill to let us know of any fitting problems or issues. Call us at (314) 838-0800 as soon as possible after receiving your grill to discuss further actions.
To Start a return, please give us a call at (314) 838-0800 with your order number and an explanation of the return.
Lost or Stolen Items
Grillz Factory is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Make sure to provide us with an accurate address to avoid problems with shipping. Do not forget to add apartment # if applicable. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, you will have the option of a refund or we can reship the product to you if you cover the shipping cost.
Grillz Factory makes absolutely sure that our customers are protected from fraud. We have many anti-fraud safeguards and systems in our system. We will pursue prosecution for fraudulent orders like identity theft, stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, and chargeback fraud. IP addresses are logged for fraud protection and investigation.
